This week the Ladies Birthday Club lunched together in the stately
Georgian Room at the
Fairmont Olympic Hotel to celebrate the December birthdays of
Jan Rogers,
Londi Burnett and me. Attending this year in addtition to the birthday girls, were
Suzy Krabbe, Joyce McCallum and
Diane Kuenster and of course they got stuck with paying the bill!
It is always so much fun to see which old photos
Diane will find and include in each of our cards. The really good news is that
Diane and I have been friends for over thirty years, so she has some really great photos of when we were all younger and thinner! I am still very curious to see her filing system because she always comes up with wonderful photos of our activities and adventures together over the years. How does she find them?

Birthday girl,
Jan, looked smashing in her elegant black hat and we were especially pleased to be able to celebrate
Londi's 80th birthday.
Londi shared stories of when she was in high school and college and it was fascinating to have her describe them as if they were only yesterday. And when you look at beautiful
Londi, it is very hard to believe that she is really 80 years old!
Here is hoping that we will all look as good as
Londi does when we reach 80 years old! Happy birthday friends!
