Yesterday, my beautiful daughter, Katie Laramore, gave birth to her second son, Boden Warren Laramore.  He arrived weighing in at 8 pounds and 2 ounces and was 18-1/2 inches long with a fuzz of blonde hair.  Along with Katie, and her husband Kevin, and their 2 year old son, Cutter, we all welcomed him to his new world.  He is gorgeous and perfect in every way!

Katie's brother and sister-in-law, Jeff & Renee Lindstrom, brought their two daughters, Sonja and Bea to see their new cousin and made dinner to share last night . . . a great paella followed by yummy fresh strawberry and rhubarb crisp.

At her request, I have promised Katie that I will make a Coconut Cream Pie (her favorite) in celebration of Boden's birth and Ken is looking for just the perfect bottle of wine from his cellar when we celebrate with them again this weekend.
